However, their promises such as the fulfillment of the project of Modernity, the co-opting of the same for a different type of modernism or for the formation of a contingent, all-encompassing critique of postmodernity translatable for the posmodegnidad understanding still appear, in the best of cases, as but interesting chimeras.
