So I recieved a copy of Ross Enamait’s Infinite Intensity a few days ago and I am totally blown away. I had ordered a copy of his Never. I had emailed him some feedback on Infinite Intensity, and he asked that I I think this is the most important of what you and the Ross Training. Hi Folks, First post on this forum. Really impressed with the reviews I’ve read of Ross’ books and his character. I am about to take the plunge.

Big fan of Ross’ how can you NOT be?

I received this book today, and my previous concerns were unfounded. I thought the nutrition chapter in NG was shocking and pretty scarey stuff that opened my eyes on a couples of things I thought I had in the bag milk, organic foods, fish, etc.

The inifnite in this book is challenging, if you’re looking for a book that promises easy results, this ain’t it. Sep 21, Praetorian rated it it was amazing.

I strongly recommend this book to anyone interested in improving their level of fitness. I would feel more assured if the book didn’t have statements saying that dumbbells are the way to exercise because certain body builders only used dumbbells.

Definitely recommended for anyone involved in martial arts, boxing, ju-jitsu, or sports that have an anaerobic component. The program and training is tough in II. There is nothing new under the sun. In his books he also goes in depth with interval training, circuit training, wind sprints, jumping rope, plyometrics, isometrics, sand bag training, there’s even stuff on exercise bands.
