I was receiving the same error message. OK well that means that GS works, and is able to open the file without problems. Got a patch for a bug? I fixed a multithreading issue in the PDF reader a while back. I’ve tried IE, Firefox and Safari, no joy. Total Ram on Server: Presumably you have checked the file exists.
