The author has a breezy writing style that makes this book a quick study. I can see how a lot of these “principles” – as the author names them – can be applied to any business; they are broad enough to applied in a number of different ways.

Not sure this is what you wanted to do but that’s the way I read it. I run a diverse holding company and at times perform healthcare consulting and have had the pleasure to see many healthcare systems from the inside out. This book is definitely aimed at health care management, but was both interesting and understandable to us ordinary mortals too.
