Most of this book would be good for most ages, but there are a couple of very I’ve attended cons myself and could easily relate to all the happenings, be they strange, stranger or just plain weird!


Dramacon is considered one of Tokyopop’s best OEL manga.

During the three-day convention, Christie meets Lida Zeff, a famous manga artist and writer, who gives her advice on improving her manga, and Matt Green, a mysterious sun-glasses wearing cosplayerwhom she develops feelings for. Anyway, normally I don’t go for relationship drama stuff but this series did it right. All the characters were well-developed and likable–except for the ones that weren’t supposed editlon be likable, of course, but even they had complex personalities.
