Overall, it’s a great introduction to learning to look at and listen to your own body and others’ to help resolve patterns and habits of ill health, pain, and suffering.
I was led to believe we would learn how to tell about one’s family, upbringing, current relationships and ways of interacting in the world. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Dychtwald’s writing itself is clear and easy to comprehend, even for the layperson.
This book changed how I look at the connection of the body mind and spirit forever! Fascinating read that will make you aware of how you developed yourself and that you can change your phsiognomy.
