In fact, as I was reading the book I kept thinking in the back of my head that I need to teh a copy for this person or that person because they clearly need one tool or toola to deal with some issue that they have.
But man, this new age stuff seems so ridiculous to me.

Ttools think that we could all use some help from at least one of the tools that they discuss. Self will toools us a choice about how we react to situations and people. There’s tons of possibilities and not everyone will fit the extreme examples that the authors use in the book.
It is difficult and sad to consider that the authors of this book would probably be accepted and encouraged to take leadership roles in many churches today, and how damaging the message of this book could be to a younger person attempting to find stability in life.
I don’t get enraged by a lot of things. And much of the ideas in the book were very inline with the ACT model.

Not sure what “school” of psychology I’d put Phil Stutz in, but– and mind you, I’m only half way through– it’s already made me think and re-think some big stuff and I’m guessing this approach might work for me.
Very well explained and made simple and easily adopted into daily life.
