Note the small yellow lights on the side of the white upper structure – a very nice detail. You may have lsgo frozen in carbonite for 12 months, but this young lady has been sealed for 22 years! I had initially held back as I already owned the previous set Airport However the new arched panels and tropical setting appealed to me as I was getting into Paradisa at the time. Here are the bricks that were floating around – The 2 large pale blue windows, 1 long white beam, 4 of the long green plates, and one large grey plate.
Geez, old Classic Town airports are just so beautifully done. The trans blue canopy and the rotors look great, and our pilot makes this sub model look very sharp. Best of all are the FIVE baseplates included in this set.

The great parts variation, bright colours and high playability typify the golden age of Town Lego from the late 80s and early 90s. I have this set also and i have got Century Skyway or was it City Airport, honestly i can’t remember.
The seals were broken, but all parts were still sealed. Lol instuctions says it’s released inthat makes it 1 year before i was born, oh so great that my mother found the airport in a box unbuilt a couple years back: Close up of one of the minifigs.
He had two of them and I got the first one: Here we see 3 of the figs, a few printed bricks, and some of the other parts. They look great together- you won’t regret it! I’m a huge sucker for baseplates, so it’s nice to see other AFOLs pointing out their appreciation for them too. It brings back memories of this set back when I got it 22 years. I absolutely adore Town sets from the 80’s to mid 90’s, and the International Jetport is no exception.
